On March 18, 2026, GVIM portfolio investment Hamburg Commercial Bank (“HCOB”) approved a substantial dividend of EUR 1.26 billion at the bank’s Annual General Meeting. GVIM invested in HCOB alongside J.C. Flowers in 2018. Including prior dividends, this distribution brings the gross MoIC on JCF’s invested capital to roughly 3x.
